Future Force is a training organisation focused on training people for a career in the international freight and logistics industry. Providing employers, employees and job seekers with an edge in a highly competitive global market.
With services offered to three separate target markets (employers, employees and job seekers) we wanted to ensure the interaction and message was clear for each and that the site was an extension of their core services, delivering in-depth and up-to-date insights into the industry to its current and prospective clients and students.
With careful planning, rigorous industry research, wireframing, user experience structure and site mapping we were able to ensure a strong user friendly website was designed and built right from the start. We focused on the training and development services offered by Future Force along with the job seeker search, as these were the core central focus areas in ensuring a smooth connection between the CRM integration and learning platforms as well as a sturdy CMS, allowing for daily internal management.
Custom illustrations were created for each individual service, which also included a supporting colour palette to help separate the core business services.
By building a responsive site to various devices and screen sizes, visitors are able to access the website content including learning modules and available jobs wherever they are.
With a range of search options and filters, job seekers are able to narrow down on the perfect job and either find out more information or apply.
